We have a 9 hr cancellation policy

We will charge the credit card on file if the appointments aren't canceled or rescheduled via text 9hrs before the scheduled time.

If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we kindly request that you notify us via text at least 9 hours in advance of your scheduled appointment time.

 

Any cancellation or reschedule made within 4-9 hours of the appointment time will result in a charge of 30% of the appointment cost.

 

Any cancellation or reschedule made within 3 hours or less of the scheduled appointment time will result in a charge of 50% of the appointment cost.

 

Changing your mind on one or more scheduled services at the time of appointment will also result in a cancellation fee.

 

If you are running late for your appointment, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate you, but please note that your appointment may need to be rescheduled if you arrive more than 10 minutes late.

I understand that failure to comply with the cancellation policy will result in charges being charged to my credit card on file, or on my account, or the inability to book future appointments.
